how to use sacred ash to set your intentions

a morning (or evening) ritual to come back to yourself

some days just feel off.
like your mind's running, your body's tired, and you're moving through the day without really being there.

sacred ash is for those days.
and also for the good ones, when you just want to stay open, connected, and clear.

this blend is made with six medicinal mushrooms and one grounding herb. it’s drinkable—meant to support your brain, mood, and immune system—but more than that, it’s a moment. a ritual. a way back in.

here’s how i like to use it:

1. prepare your cup

warm some spring water or nut milk—nothing too hot.
add around half a teaspoon of sacred ash and stir.
you can also mix it with cacao, coffee, or whatever your body is calling for.

keep it simple, but do it slow.

2. hold the cup with both hands

pause. breathe. let yourself land.
no need to be dramatic about it—just be there.

3. speak or feel your intention

before sipping, drop into your intention.
this can be a word, a prayer, a feeling.

may i stay grounded.
may i move with clarity.
may i soften.
may i remember.

anything that feels real to you. say it out loud, or just hold it in your heart.

4. drink slowly

sip. feel it move through your system.
let it coat your tongue, travel to your belly.

it’s not a shot.
it’s a remembering.

5. go on with your day (or your night)

you don’t have to do anything special after.
just notice—maybe your thoughts feel smoother.
maybe you’re a bit more focused.
maybe your mood is steadier.

that’s sacred ash working with you.

when to take sacred ash

  • in the morning, to start the day with clarity and presence
  • mid-day, when things feel scattered or noisy
  • before meditation, journaling, movement, or a ritual
  • at night, to support deeper rest, vivid dreams, and a lighter wake-up
  • after emotional moments or big shifts

ways to make it yours

  • pair it with breathwork or sunlight
  • blend it with warm cacao for a heart-opening combo
  • light a candle if you're feeling extra
  • journal before or after, if you’re in the mood

this isn’t about doing it perfectly.
it’s just about showing up for yourself.
even for a few minutes.
even with one sip.

sacred ash is medicine.
it supports your system—but more than that, it reminds you:
you can slow down.
you can begin again.
you can be here.
